  • Model of care reform

  • Service redesign

We utilise learning organisation principles and practices, including action learning methods in our projects. We have found these frameworks ensure staff are engaged in the process as the approach creates an authorised environment which supports the workforce to be open and courageous. We believe the actions that lead to learning are not performed by organisations, it's the individuals that enact the behaviours that lead to learning.

We can assist organisations to establish the conditions that assist staff to clarify problems, pose solutions and initiate actions to resolve the issues. An iterative approach in discussing change action cycles guides the implementation of practice change strategies that lead to maintaining sustained change.
